Plantlifedk Shipping Policy 

Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a tracking number once your parcel has been created.


Dispatch Schedule
Orders are shipped on Sundays and Mondays, unless otherwise noted.

  • Plant orders are typically sent on Sundays to ensure they arrive before the weekend.
  • Domestic plant orders may also be shipped on Monday.

Please note: Public holidays or severe weather conditions may cause delays. If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly.


Shipment Holds & Pre-orders
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • Pre-order items: If your order includes pre-order products, we’ll hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship.
  • Extreme weather: To protect live plants, we may postpone shipping during periods of excessive heat, cold, or storms. You’ll be informed if this occurs.

These precautions help ensure your plants arrive healthy and in top condition.


Postponed Shipments by Request
If you need your order shipped at a later date, simply leave a note in the “Order Notes” section at checkout with your preferred week or date.


Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping details are complete and correct, including:

  • Street name and number
  • Apartment/unit number (if applicable)
  • Postal code, city, and country
  • Email and phone number
  • Any special delivery instructions

If you spot an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We can only correct addresses before dispatch.

Plantlifedk is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Extra shipping charges for resending returned parcels
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received, including cases where delivery instructions were provided to the courier (e.g., leave at door, neighbor, parcel box)

If a parcel is returned due to an undeliverable address, re-shipping can be arranged at your expense.
Please note: Live products (plants, seeds, cuttings, bulbs, seedlings) cannot survive return transit and are non-refundable in these cases.


Shipping Rates & Services
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

We ship via GLS, PostNord or DAO, always with tracking.
For plant orders—especially international—we recommend UPS Express for the fastest delivery.

If we anticipate delays with your selected service, we may upgrade your shipping method at no extra cost, provided the alternative is equal or better.


Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Esbjerg, Denmark. Select this option at checkout.

  • Pickup orders are usually ready within 1 business day.
  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, with pickup instructions.
  • Visits are by appointment only unless you’ve placed a pickup order.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:

  • EU Countries (all products): Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at contact@plantlifedk.com with your name and order number.
