Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Currency and Exchange Rates
Customers with a delivery address outside Denmark are charged in EUR.
All base prices are set in DKK. Prices displayed in EUR are converted from DKK using a fixed exchange rate determined by the company. The applied exchange rate may differ from the daily market rate.
The exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase will apply to the order and will not be changed after the order has been confirmed.
The final price in EUR is shown to the customer before completion of the purchase and includes all applicable taxes as required by EU consumer legislation.
Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
We strive to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen’s display will match the actual product.
We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and may restrict quantities. Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice. We do not guarantee that products or services will meet your expectations.
Plantlifedk operates as a business-to-consumer (B2C) webshop and does not offer business-to-business (B2B) sales. We do not issue invoices with 0% VAT. All orders are treated as consumer purchases, and invoices include VAT where applicable under Danish and EU tax laws.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order at our discretion. If this occurs, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone.

These Terms, along with posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plantlifedk.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase products. Payment is due as specified at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, all orders must be paid within 7 calendar days. If payment is not received, the order may be cancelled and items returned to inventory.
Ownership of goods remains with Plantlifedk until full payment is received. Non-payment beyond 14 days may incur interest and collection costs.
Pricing Errors and Free Products
If a product is mistakenly listed at 0.00 DKK, this is a technical error and not a free offer. Plantlifedk does not provide free products unless explicitly stated (e.g., “Free Gift”). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, refunding any payments made.
Customers may withdraw from the purchase of non-perishable goods within 14 days of receipt. Live plants, seeds, and cuttings are excluded. Other products may be returned within 14 days if unused and unopened. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
We guarantee plants leave our premises in good condition. Transit stress may occur and is not grounds for refund. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. Damage from neglect or courier delays is excluded.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
